I’m a certified mindfulness instructor with a background in psychology and social work, currently training in somatic embodiment and tantric coaching through Layla Martin’s VITA™ certification. I’m also pursuing studies in family therapy to deepen the relational and trauma-informed aspects of my work.
My approach is integrative and embodied, weaving together Eastern wisdom, therapeutic frameworks, and sacred somatic practices. Drawing from mindfulness, tantra, breathwork, and emotional healing, I create a safe and nurturing space where women can explore their inner landscapes and release the blockages that keep them disconnected from their truth.
Being born in Norway with Indian heritage, I naturally blend modern methodologies with ancient insight. But my work isn’t just shaped by study, it’s shaped by lived experience.
I know what it’s like to feel disconnected from your body, stuck in your head, and secretly wondering if numbness is all there is. For years, I was caught in “good girl” conditioning, over-performing, people-pleasing, and surviving instead of thriving. My turning point came when I chose to come back to my body, awaken my sensual truth, and reclaim the wild, authentic woman within.
Now, I guide other women through that same sacred transformation; from mind-driven and emotionally shut down, to embodied, confident, and fully alive.
